Dedicated Store Delivery Driver – Home Weekly
Experienced Class A drivers are needed for a dedicated regional account offering weekly home time and strong earning potential.
Drivers on this fleet average approximately $1,900 per week , with top earners reaching approximately $2,200 per week . This position is best suited for drivers who don't mind being active during deliveries and want to maximize their earning potential.
Earnings
- Average approximately $1,900 per week
- Top earners approximately $2,200 per week
- Approximately $98,000–$115,000+ annually
- Experience-based mileage pay of $0.89–$0.92 CPM
- $350 per unload
- $30 per backhaul
- Sign-on bonus available
Total earnings vary based on mileage, unload activity, backhauls, and other applicable compensation.
Dedicated Route Details
Drivers average approximately 1,110 miles per week with about 3 loads per week.
Routes generally include:
- 3–5 stops per route
- Deliveries throughout IN, MI, IL, OH and WI
- Weekly home time for a 34-hour reset
- Early-morning delivery appointments
- Night driving as required
- Possible weekend and holiday deliveries
Weekend home time is not guaranteed.
Freight & Unloading
The primary position involves driver unload using rollers , with freight unloaded box-by-box at delivery locations. Drivers should be comfortable with a physically active position and working in varying temperatures.
Prefer not to unload? No-touch freight options are also available at a lower pay rate. Ask about current availability.
Equipment & Training
Drivers operate International, Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.
New drivers complete approximately one week of ride-along account training at $150 per day before beginning their regular routes.
Before You Apply
This account requires drivers who are comfortable with the physical requirements of store delivery and flexible scheduling.
Drivers must also have access to secure truck and trailer parking during home time. Parking at retail locations or other unsecured areas is not permitted. Approved parking must provide appropriate security, such as monitored access, cameras, or other qualifying security measures.
Drivers attending orientation should be prepared with approximately two weeks of personal supplies.
