Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital Medical Center is hiring a Group Fitness Instructor - Flexi Rotating Schedule

Ability to teach step a plus!

Responsible for delivering a safe, fun and healthy member and guest experience by leading and instructing different group exercise programs and classes. Group Fitness Instructors create a welcoming and positive experience for Wellness Center members and guests by answering questions and providing education, identifying and executing improvements in activities, processes and programs.

Education

- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure

- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Fitness Instructor (Preferred)
- Nationally recognized group fitness certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.73 - $33.84 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
