About this role
The Senior Director, Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings, leads a team of enterprise-level experts responsible for solution architecture, proposal development, and end-to-end project execution. Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Solutions, this leader develops team capability and organizational effectiveness; directs engineering and automation efforts; partners with the Integrated Solutions Commercial team to deliver differentiated, competitive proposals; and oversees the build, delivery, start-up, and closeout of complex customer projects. The role also develops strategic partnerships with engineering firms, system integrators, suppliers, and customers. Close collaboration with Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams is essential to drive alignment, foster accountability, and deliver safely, reliably, and in line with customer commitments.

Responsibilities
• Solution architecture: Lead cross-functional development and continuous improvement of Integrated Solutions process designs, third-party interface requirements, automation framework standards, and proposal templates.
• Proposal development: Lead the proposal management team, in partnership with the Integrated Solutions Commercial team, to rapidly develop tailored customer solutions, commercial proposals, and responses to requests for proposal (RFPs).
• Project execution: Lead the project execution team to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while proactively managing scope, risks, resources, governance, quality, and customer expectations.
• Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to resolve issues, manage dependencies and escalations, and enable successful project delivery through strong communication, collaboration, and influence.
• Organizational leadership: Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing proposal and project management talent; establish clear accountabilities, performance expectations, and succession plans.
• Partnership strategy: Develop and execute partnership strategies involving engineering firms, system integrators, and other bioprocessing hardware and technology suppliers to strengthen capabilities and enhance customer value.
• Portfolio management: Manage the post-sale project funnel and portfolio priorities to support predictable, timely delivery to customers while balancing strategic priorities and resource allocation.
• Market and innovation insights: Translate customer feedback, industry trends, and technology gaps into actionable input for R&D and Product Management to advance Repligen Integrated Solutions.
• Industry leadership: Serve as a subject-matter expert and external ambassador for Repligen Integrated Solutions at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• More than 10 years of life sciences industry experience, including substantial experience in process engineering, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, validation, and global project execution.
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from pre-sale solution and proposal development through delivery, commissioning, qualification, and customer handover.
• Progressive leadership experience in regional operations, program management, or project execution, with accountability for customer delivery, financial performance, cross-functional alignment, and organizational performance.
• Demonstrated ability to establish project governance, prioritize resources, manage risk, influence decision-making, and lead through complexity and change.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including talent development, succession planning, team engagement, and building organizational capability across varying levels of experience and organizational maturity.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $210,000-$300,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's ,qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
