Overview
PROGRAM MANAGER (LM-2026-26293):
Bowhead seeks a Program Manager that will provide multiple tier support to end users. They will support multiple contracts potentially providing the initial set up and operational expansion of new contracts in addition to day-to-day work on existing contracts.
Responsibilities
Essential functions will include:
- Assists Senior Program Managers with the project management of multiple IT and telecommunications projects
- Performs technical writing and reviews
- Assists with business development activities for new proposals and responses
- Travels for routine site visits and customer requested visits
- Familiar with ACD and call center operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is desired
• Familiarity with Call Centers and/or IT Helpdesk preferred
• Demonstrated experience with dynamic cost reimbursable incrementally funded contracts supporting multiple POAMs and customers is desired
• Additionally, qualified candidates must have a minimum of three plus (3+) years of program related experience managing multifunction operations
• Must be able to multi-task, manage priorities and work independently with little direction
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts; to receive and respond to instructions/assignments, must be able to read, write and speak English• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Public Trust level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Public Trust clearance at this location.
