About this role

What you will do:

Hourly Player, Front of House

Our FOH Host / Server Assistants are an important part of creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience. This role is responsible for providing a great first impression at the door while also supporting the service team throughout the venue.

You will greet and seat guests, manage the flow of the dining area, assist Servers and Bartenders, clear and reset tables, help maintain clean and organized service areas, and jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

We are looking for energetic, friendly and team-oriented people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are always ready to help both our guests and their fellow team members.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

- For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older
- You preferably have some experience with customer service
- You can complete tasks with attention to detail
- You have strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate.
