Job Description
The Consolidated Analytics & Reporting Director leads the development of the enterprise Balance Sheet, Net Interest Income (NII), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) outlook. This role integrates input from Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Business Line Finance to deliver a consolidated view of expected financial performance across the organization. The position is responsible for forecast governance, executive reporting, and ensuring leadership maintains a clear understanding of key drivers, assumptions, risks, and opportunities impacting financial results.
This leader provides independent analysis and constructive challenge to forecast outcomes, identifying emerging trends that may influence balance sheet performance and profitability. The role supports senior management and committee discussions by translating complex financial information into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, coordinate efforts across a broad stakeholder group, and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Success in this role requires deep balance sheet expertise, sound judgment, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
Basic Qualifications
• Asset Liability Management (ALM) and/or Interest Rate Risk (IRR) experience
• Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 13+ years of relevant financial management experience
• 5+ years of people leadership and management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Advanced planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and executives
• MBA and/or CPA preferred

Location Requirements
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00
