Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Americas Regional Plan is responsible for supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and regional demand plan process maturity improvements for Americas Vision business. In this role they will collaborate across key functions to support the monthly IBP process, facilitating aligned decision making through evaluating and revising projections for demand, supply, inventory, portfolio strategies, strategic projects, and the resulting financial plans.
This individual will serve as a leader in the Americas Planning organization, partnering with business partners to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data and metrics to improve the decision-making process, ensuring IBP process adherence and driving opportunities for process maturity improvement.

Americas IBP Process & Integrated Decision Making
- Collaborate cross functionality to drive the steps of the IBP process, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management, risk and opportunity transparency, and overall business target setting.
- Responsible for influencing large scale regional and global teams to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data, improving the decision-making process to bridge gaps vs. the financial plan and drive profitable trade off decisions where required.
- Leads IBP reviews with the appropriate Management Boards including maintaining senior leader engagement in the IBP process to drive decision making execution within the process.
- Advances IBP Planning Capabilities across Vision, leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies.
- Monitors the IBP process to measure process adherence and periodically participates in process assessments.
- Develops and leads implementation of optimization of supply chain capabilities to further improve the supply chain.
- Conducts analytics to address business problems with an end-to-end mentality.
- Supports execution of the E2E Sense and Respond process, ensuring deviations are raised (as needed) as defined by process inputs.
- Develops a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs (both within planning and with other key functions) that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state.
Demand Planning Excellence and Process Maturity
- Leads the Americas Regional Demand Planning Organization, with a focus on strong regional collaboration and process maturity.
- Standardizes and improves planning processes and introduces new processes based on functional expertise, external proven methodologies, and Enterprise Plan standards.
- Advances process maturity through validated methodologies, training plans, defined technology/reporting roadmaps, and process improvement projects.
- Owns demand planning analytics; develops and deploys a consistent set of tools to improve key supply chain metrics and support business decisions.
- Leads ongoing process governance, regularly monitoring process integrity and compliance.
- Leads change management practices to ensure effective implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives.
Education and Experience
- University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. MBA or equivalent preferred. Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) preferred.
- 5-10 Years related experience
- Minimum of 4 years working directly in Supply Chain Planning as a functional expert in one or more Planning Capabilities.
- Experience with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing, Finance preferred.
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP, Anaplan) is preferred.
