We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Specialist, Warehouse Operations to oversee and execute our daily warehouse activities. In this role, you will play a key part in administering and operating our store facilities—managing everything from inventory tracking and audit processes to shipping, receiving, and physical asset storage.

### What You’ll Do
In this role you will:
- Asset Management & Inventory Control: Account for all physical assets within store facilities; perform audits on incoming goods and oversee proper receipt, storage, movement, and destruction procedures.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to optimize the flow of goods and regulate available warehouse space.
- Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure operating procedures are followed effectively, maintain optimal space utilization, and safeguard facility equipment and safety standards.
- Reporting & Compliance: Document asset movements, inventory levels, and operational metrics in accordance with established company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
### What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience & Training: Developed skills acquired through formal vocational training, specialized coursework, or relevant hands-on warehouse/logistics experience.
- Process Discipline: Proven ability to work comfortably within established procedures and guidelines with moderate supervision.
- Attention to Detail: Strong record-keeping and analytical skills for inventory auditing and asset tracking.
- Communication & Coordination: Sound organizational skills to interface with carriers, internal departments, and vendors regarding shipping/receiving schedules.
