REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma/GED
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- CPhT (PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION) Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy must be received by 1 week after hire
SKILLS:
- Phase I Training must be completed within 1 week of hire and Phase II Training must be ongoing or complete
25 wpm typing
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
