- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical fulfillment issues, leading cross-functional resolution efforts by coordinating with Trane's product, technical, and regional teams.
- Champion the adoption of advanced algorithm applications and analytics beyond standard implementations to maximize customer value and system performance.
- Engage with regional fulfillment leaders and their teams to enable, coach, and support them in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

- Strong technical expertise in building automation systems, particularly Trane controls.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and drive results in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Measurement & Verification (M&V) tools and processes.
- Experience in ROI modeling and value-based selling strategies in a technical environment.

- Process Improvement & Standardization: Demonstrates a commitment to operational excellence. Skilled at creating, documenting, and implementing standard work to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Strategic & Tactical Versatility: Can operate effectively at both a strategic level (designing systems, defining long-term plans) and a tactical level (digging into technical details, solving immediate problems).
- Technical Acumen & Problem Solving: Possesses deep technical knowledge of relevant systems and uses a structured, analytical approach to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing ambiguity and changing priorities while maintaining focus on critical outcomes.
