About the role
We're looking for a Grower Liaison Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with third-party almond growers across our external supply network.
This is a field-focused role where you'll spend time working directly with growers, building trusted relationships, identifying new supply opportunities and supporting growers through forecasting, contracts, compliance and harvest logistics. The position has a clear focus on expanding external almond supply while maintaining strong relationships with our existing grower network.
What you'll do
- Identify, engage and onboard new third-party almond growers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing growers
- Conduct regular grower visits and support yield forecasting and reporting
- Assist with grower contracts, certification and compliance requirements
- Coordinate key harvest logistics including transport and delivery scheduling
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, Logistics and other internal teams
What we're looking for
- Experience building strong relationships with growers or other external stakeholders
- Knowledge of almonds, horticulture or broader agricultural operations
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-management skills
- An understanding of compliance and certification requirements
- The ability to work independently and travel regularly to grower locations.
