THE JOB :

As a Luggage Attendant, you’ll create a memorable first and last impression by providing exceptional, personalized service to our guests. You’ll proactively anticipate guest needs, assist with luggage and other requests, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.6217 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

- Provide exceptional, courteous, and friendly service to guests and CoStars that promotes positive guest and employee relations and differentiates us from the competition
- Ensure all luggage is properly ticketed and use FRAGILE tags when appropriate
- Maintain efficiency and speed by using proper luggage storage areas and following departmental guidelines, including proper use of bungees and stacking loads
- Keep all luggage and newspaper storage areas clean, stocked, and organized to promote smooth operations
- Communicate all issues concerning guest luggage to the Bell Manager on Duty
- Work with the Stewarding department to ensure all glassware is removed from the lobby and surrounding areas and taken to the appropriate locations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- One (1) year of prior relevant experience of Guest Facing customer service
- Prior experience with property-wide Bell Desk, valet and baggage systems preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
