Schedule: Weekdays (8am - 5pm)

About the role:

A Philippines-registered nurse with occupational-health capability who can independently coordinate international assignee fitness-for-work cases from intake to closure—reviewing medical documentation, following up gaps, communicating confidently with assignees/providers and business stakeholders, maintaining accurate digital records, and escalating clinical concerns appropriately.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage MyFit medical cases end-to-end: independent review of online PMAQ, guided health/safety risk assessments on MyFit Transfer case managements, analytical/risk-based review of pre-deployment, pre-assignment, periodic, surveillance planning through follow-up, rapid deployment, independent review and medical advisory for dependent relocation and assist with return-to-work case managements.

- Check medical forms, laboratory/diagnostic results, fitness certificates, vaccination records and specialist reports for completeness, accuracy and validity.

- Follow up missing or unclear requirements with assignees and medical providers and keep cases progressing within expected timelines.

- Maintain complete, audit-ready electronic case records and work confidently with systems such as MyC/ORCA and case trackers.

- Coordinate professionally with the MyFit Medical Team, Operations, Recruitment, providers, Assistance Centers and other stakeholders.

- Recognize medical or occupational-health red flags and escalate appropriately rather than independently making complex fitness determinations.

- Protect medical confidentiality and handle sensitive health information through approved secure channels.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine PRC license.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Strong case-management, documentation, follow-up and organizational skills.

- Comfortable with digital systems and detailed medical records.

- Confident in handling English conversation and professional communication with patients/assignees, doctors, clinics and corporate stakeholders both verbal and in writing.

- Strong understanding of confidentiality and medical-data handling.
