Job Description

THE ROLE

As Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will join the school's Senior Leadership Team with overall responsibility for positioning the school, generating demand and driving student enrolment, and for delivering an exceptional experience for families from first awareness through to enrolment, re-enrolment and advocacy.

This is a multi-campus role, including a new development. It calls for a customer-centric leader who understands the market, brings drive in a challenging environment, sets clear priorities for growth, and gets results by leading a team and influencing others.

Reporting to the Principal, with a dotted line to the Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will lead the school's Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) strategy and team, working closely with colleagues across the school and the wider Nord Anglia network.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Position the school clearly in the Prague market and generate demand, leading the admissions, marketing and communications strategy and plan.

- Set clear priorities for growth across the school's campuses, including a new development, and lead the team to deliver them.

- Drive enrolment by generating enquiries, improving conversion and supporting strong re-enrolment, using data and CRM insight to guide decisions.

- Lead the Family Experience Journey, so every family receives a personalised, professional and seamless experience, in person and online.

- Build, coach and develop the MAC team across admissions, marketing, communications, digital and research.

- Influence and work through others, including the SLT, staff and regional, central and global Nord Anglia MAC teams.

- Strengthen the school's brand and reputation through clear, consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.

- Build strong relationships with parents, students and partners, including relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools and employers.

- Use market research and performance data to understand competitors and audiences, and advise the SLT on growth opportunities.

- Manage the MAC budget and resources to deliver strong value against enrolment and reputation goals.
