About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Roma.
As the key link between our customers and workshop team, you will play an important role in ensuring every service experience is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Preparing repair orders and service documentation
- Providing clear explanations of service and repair requirements
- Liaising between customers and technicians throughout the service process
- Following up on completed work and customer satisfaction
- Managing customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of administration
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, or automotive-related role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A professional and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and administration skills
- A current driver's licence
Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded, but we are also interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
