Qualifications

- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience in institutional equity sales, research sales, sales trading, or a related capital markets role.

- Established relationships with U.S.-based hedge funds and mutual funds.

- Strong knowledge of U.S. equity markets, investment strategies, market structure, and institutional research and execution.
- Ability to translate research and market developments into concise, actionable client discussions.
- Strong understanding of commission allocation, broker voting, research valuation, and client profitability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

- Strong judgment, integrity, and commitment to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Appropriate FINRA registrations required, or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications
