We’re looking for a **Product Operations Intern** to help us bring Flick to filmmakers, creators, and the next generation of storytellers.
**What you’ll do**
* Work closely with our team on customer support and product feedback.
* You’ll respond to users across email, Discord, and in-app feedback, use PostHog and AI tools to investigate issues, and follow up until they’re resolved.
* You’ll also identify recurring pain points and turn them into clear bug reports and short PRDs for our engineering team.

* You communicate clearly, reply promptly during agreed working hours, and keep users updated on open issues.
* You’re detail-oriented, curious about AI and creative tools, and comfortable checking facts and asking for help when needed.
* Experience in customer support, community management, or product testing is a plus.
