Pay Details
- Average Annual Pay: $65,000
- Approximately $1,250/week average
- $0.63 CPM for 0–50.9 miles
- $0.57 CPM for 51–100.9 miles
- $0.50 CPM for 101+ miles
- $21 per stop
- $13.50 per drop & hook
- $20.475 detention after 1 hour
- $5.25 fueling pay
- $5.25 pre- and post-trip pay
- Paid weekly
Job Details
- Dedicated local dry van operation
- Routes throughout metro Phoenix and Tucson
- Multi-stop deliveries
- Pull product to the end of the trailer or use liftgate
- Drivers use a pallet jack for deliveries
- Activity-based pay
Shift Details
- Home daily
- Monday-Friday
- 9:00 AM start
- Start time may change based on customer demand
- Drivers must remain flexible as operations grow
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
- No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
- Must meet FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
- Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for DOT-related duties
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
