What you’ll do

The Senior Project Manager - Cartology role exists to drive the day to day stakeholder engagement, business transformation and technical change management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects within Cartology Delivery. In your role you will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

- Drive strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring agreed success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships, manage conflicting priorities, and maintain alignment on scope and metrics.
- Prepare, maintain and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops to establish MVP scope, delivery schedules, estimated costs, and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams while overseeing scheduling, risk, financial and quality management across all implementation phases.
- Manage project finances, and proactively track, report, and resolve risks and issues.
- Produce clear project deliverables, meeting minutes, and status reports for steering committees and governance forums.

What you’ll bring

- End-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-level IT projects within multi-brand or large organisational environments.
- Seasoned leadership of multi-vendor, multi-application delivery teams, fostering cross-business collaboration.
- Expertise in implementing and optimising ICT systems and leading technical, process, and organisational change.
- Proficiency in tailoring Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks to establish robust project governance.
- Strong business orientation with a reputation for driving execution, managing budgets, and navigating ambiguity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and align diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- High drive, adaptability, and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with innovative technology; media or retail sector experience is highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or Cert IV/Diploma in PM) and membership in professional bodies (e.g., ACS) preferred.
