About the Role

As a Senior Lead - HR Enablement, you'll play a critical leadership role within our Digital Employee Experience team, driving the evolution of ANZ's core HR technology ecosystem. Leading a team of specialists, you'll be responsible for key HR products and capabilities across employee data management, time and attendance, leave management, and foundational HR processes.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, HR leaders, technology partners, and vendors, you'll shape and deliver solutions across SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and related HR platforms. You'll balance strategic transformation initiatives with day-to-day platform optimisation, ensuring our people systems deliver exceptional employee experiences and support ANZ's future workforce strategy.

What will your day look like?

As a Senior Lead - HR Enablement, you will:

- Lead the HR Enablement team in delivering and optimising HR technology products and services.

- Define and execute product roadmaps for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, ServiceNow, and related HR platforms.

- Partner with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced employee experiences.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements and projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.

- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new capabilities to ensure ANZ maximises value from its HR technology investments.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, prioritise backlogs, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives while balancing strategic enhancements and operational support.

- Coach, develop, and inspire a team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Extensive experience leading teams within SaaS and Agile product environments.

- Strong experience as an HR Product Owner, HR Technology Lead, Business Analyst, or similar role.

- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Time Management, with relevant certifications essential.

- Experience developing product roadmaps and influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations.

- Demonstrated success leading projects from design through to implementation and business adoption.

- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions.

- A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- A passion for employee experience and human-centred design principles.

- An ability to lead through change, build high-performing teams, and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

Highly desirable:

- Experience with ServiceNow and broader HR technology ecosystems.

- Exposure to global HR environments and enterprise-scale transformations.

- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Knowledge of the financial services industry and large-scale technology programs.
