About this role
Your Role
- Assist engineers in the design, planning, implementation, maintenance and operation of outdoor mobile radio network infrastructure;
- Manage and coordinate mobile site rollout projects, including site implementation, equipment installation, integration and acceptance;
- Install, configure and commission radio and transmission equipment in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements;
- Conduct site surveys and prepare survey reports, technical proposals, drawings, work procedures and related documentation;
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and landlords to ensure project delivery meets timeline, quality and safety requirements;
- Monitor site progress and support troubleshooting of network and site-related issues;
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure network reliability and service availability;
- Participate in emergency restoration and ad hoc network deployment activities when required.
To Succeed in the Role
- Associate Degree, Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in mobile cell site rollout, implementation, maintenance or telecommunications engineering projects
- Hands-on experience in telecom equipment installation, integration and commissioning
- Good knowledge of wireless network technologies, including LTE and 5G mobile networks
- Solid fieldwork experience in outdoor mobile site implementation and maintenance
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors, vendors and project stakeholders
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
