About this role
Why we're here
Protect the world's food supply. Bring in the right customers, at the right terms, fast enough to fuel sustainable growth.
A poultry producer runs a biosecurity drill and finds they can't say who's been on 40 of their farms. Your call this afternoon is where that changes.
About Onside
Onside builds data and operational software for agriculture. We help farms, agribusinesses, contractors and processors know who's on-site, track movement across properties, and manage biosecurity and health and safety risk at enterprise scale.
Every check-in and site visit builds a record that didn't exist before. That data, and the network it connects, is what makes Onside valuable, and it grows every day.
We're ranked 38th on the Deloitte Fast 50 (2025) and named to Forbes Asia's 100 to Watch (2025).
About the role
You'll turn inbound interest from small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) into customers, then hand them to Customer Success ready to get going. For mid-market and enterprise accounts, you'll find and qualify the opportunity yourself and set up discovery meetings for our Territory Managers.
You'll decide where your time goes and which leads to back. You'll work with Territory Managers, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and our GTM Engineer. What you hear from prospects will shape the messaging and targeting Marketing takes to market.
Requirements
You'll bring:
- Experience in B2B software sales
- A track record of building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience converting inbound leads and closing SMB deals yourself
- Disciplined CRM habits that keep your pipeline clear to the whole team
- Confidence adapting your conversation from a small business owner to an enterprise decision-maker
Nice to have: HubSpot and MEDDPICC (or a similar qualification framework), or a background in agriculture or B2B SaaS.
Who thrives here
You're sharp and structured, and you stay steady when a deal goes quiet. You get on with it and don't wait to be told, and operations leaders trust you because you do what you say.
