About the role:
Reporting to the GM People Culture and Wellbeing -Collision Division, we are looking for a PCW Adviser . This role will provide end-to-end HR and recruitment support across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with leaders and employees to deliver efficient recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, reporting, and HR projects, while ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and APG/GPC Asia Pac policies and Values.

Based at our Brendale Head Office, this full-time role is ideal for someone who wants to work close to home, (north side), working with a dynamic team and working across national team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job design and advertising through to selection, offers and pre-employment checks.
- Partner with hiring managers to plan workforce needs and deliver best-practice recruitment and onboarding experiences.
- Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees on policies, workplace matters, performance, and employee relations.
- Support the resolution of grievances, disciplinary matters and underperformance fairly, consistently and confidentially.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, payroll-related data and regular workforce reporting.
- Contribute to HR projects, policy reviews, system improvements, employee engagement and organisational change initiatives.
- Champion APG Values—Customer First, Smart Service, Teamwork and Safe for All—while ensuring compliance with Fair Work requirements and company policies.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Experience in a generalist HR or recruitment role, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, and proceedures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently support managers and employees.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with accuracy in HR systems, records, reporting and payroll data.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach that reflects APG Values: Customer First, Smart Service, Teamwork and Safe for All.
