About this role

At KEUNE, we believe a strong global brand is built through consistent local execution. As part of the Global Subsidiaries team, you’ll help our owned markets grow by coordinating international campaigns, trade marketing activities and events.

Based at our Global Head Office in Soest and reporting to the Global Marketing Manager – Subsidiaries, you’ll work closely with local markets, Global Brand and other Head Office teams.

Requirements

MISSION

International Campaign Management

- Coordinate the roll-out of the Global Marketing Calendar across all owned subsidiaries.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns and key marketing activations.
- Ensure markets receive the information, assets and tools needed for successful local execution.
- Create clear timelines, define responsibilities and follow up on actions and deadlines.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and resolve issues that could affect delivery.
- Gather market feedback and performance insights to improve future campaigns.

Trade Marketing

- Support the development and execution of the Trade Marketing Strategy and Calendar.
- Coordinate trade marketing projects that support commercial growth across the subsidiaries.
- Support the development of promotions, sales tools and customer programmes.
- Ensure initiatives are clearly briefed, delivered on time and consistently executed.
- Analyse performance and use the results and market feedback to improve future activities.

Events

- Take ownership of events hosted in the Netherlands for international colleagues, customers and prospects with support from the Marketing & Events Intern.
- Manage the full process from planning and guest communication to stakeholder coordination, logistics and on-site delivery.
- Ensure every event and visit is professionally organised and reflects Keune’s premium positioning.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key connection between the subsidiary markets, Global Brand and other Head Office teams.
- Build strong working relationships with local Marketing Managers and understand their opportunities and challenges.
- Bring stakeholders together and create clarity around objectives, responsibilities, timelines and decisions.
- Proactively follow up and ensure agreed actions are delivered.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.

Brand Consistency

- Champion consistent brand execution across all subsidiary markets.
- Review local campaign execution and provide clear and constructive guidance where needed.
- Help markets translate global direction into strong local activation while protecting Keune’s premium brand positioning.

Team

- Coach and support the Marketing & Events Intern in their day-to-day work and professional development.

YOU

- You have native-level Dutch and excellent written and spoken English.
- You have at least five years of experience in campaign management, trade marketing, marketing project management or a comparable role.
- You have strong campaign and project management skills and can confidently manage several workstreams at the same time.
- You are an excellent stakeholder manager who creates clarity, builds relationships and keeps people aligned.
- You are highly organised with strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You are proactive, hands-on and enjoy turning plans into action.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment with multiple markets and stakeholders.
- You are curious, entrepreneurial and continuously look for ways to improve.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or a related field.
