- From mid February 2027 for a period of 6 months
Tasks
- Actively support recruiters throughout the entire recruiting process and gain valuable insights into modern recruiting methods at MAHLE
- Take on a variety of administrative tasks, including creating job postings, coordinating interviews, and professionally communicating with candidates and HR
- Assist with the initial qualitative screening of applications and maintain our applicant tracking system accurately and reliably
- Serve as a key point of contact for applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Support the further development of our recruiting processes and gain initial exposure to additional talent management topics such as onboarding, employer branding, and talent development
Requirements
- Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources
- Interested in complementing theoretical knowledge with practical experience
- Enthusiastic, communicative, and enjoy interacting with candidates
- Good English language skills and familiarity with common IT applications
- Motivated to contribute as part of a dedicated and dynamic recruiting team at MAHLE
