Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Experimental Setup: Design and assemble the experimental setup and measurement electronics
- Control and Analytics: Develop control, data acquisition and analysis methods
- System Performance: Assess performance and identify limiting factors
- Benchmarking: Compare results with models and previous outcomes
- Documentation: Record findings and maintain clear reports within the framework of your master thesis

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: 12 months
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Pursuing a Master’s degree in Physics, Quantum Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Research Skills: Able to independently structure research and writing processes, motivated to explore new topics
- Time Management: Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Teamwork: Work effectively within an international team
- Language Skills: excellent English skills, German is a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
