Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
● Handling of ‘customer’/employee requests whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring transparency and clarity of information.
● Provide system support including data entry support and the coordination of electronic files and records.
● Collate, analyse and retrieve data to produce letters and reports; specifically relating to student attendance.
● Support with authority system compliance, including registering of students and employees on the KHDA portal, following up with employees and parents on document requirements for entry.
● Support with site inspections from government entities, collating information.
● Providing support to the HR Team with onboarding requirements and assisting with employment and sponsorship processes.
● Support academic team meetings and school events as detailed in the academic calendar, obtaining relevant approvals from authorities and coordinating trip arrangements with students, parents and internal teams.
● Support with the review and updating of school policies, procedures and handbooks.
● Perform other administrative tasks as may be required.
Skills & Experience :
● Proven experience in an administration role at this, or a similar level.
● Experience of working in an educational establishment is preferred.
● Excellent English & Arabic communication skills; both written and verbal.
● Experience of working in a high pressure environment with the ability to multitask.
● Outstanding time management, attention to detail & prioritisation skills.
● Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
● Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
● Driven, enthusiastic and energetic to support school improvements
