Credit Fraud Analyst

Join us as a Credit Fraud Analyst to help protect Qonto's credit products as we become a bank. You'll own the operational efficiency of our credit fraud processes end-to-end, reporting to Thibault, Head of Fraud.
➡️ What you'll do
Own credit fraud operations end-to-end: You'll supervise the day-to-day efficiency of our credit fraud processes.
Sharpen our AI fraud detection: You'll partner with Tech to continuously improve the AI tool we use to catch credit fraud and defaults.
Rework eligibility, not just enforce it: You'll analyze credit defaults and declined financing to challenge and rework our eligibility criteria.
Build and run fraud controls: You'll design and implement the controls that keep our credit products safe as we scale.
Be the cross-market go-to on credit fraud: You'll act as the point of contact for Risk, Product and Customer Care across all our markets.

You've worked credit fraud or default cases hands-on: You know how to read a case, question it, and act — not just follow a checklist.
You bring a critical mind and real curiosity: You question existing criteria and processes instead of taking them at face value.
You communicate with confidence: You'll work directly with Risk, Product and Customer Care, so clarity and conviction matter.
You're curious about AI: You're comfortable using AI tools to spot patterns in data, and keen to help us sharpen the AI tool we use to catch fraud.

You will work directly with Thibault Mosser, our Head of Fraud, who has been with Qonto for 7 years and has led the fraud team through an impressive growth phase. He has led the successful separation of Fraud and AML and implemented modern fraud detection systems. Thibault is known for his supportive leadership style that grants teams great autonomy, and brings deep understanding of international fraud management. With him as your manager, you will benefit from a leader who understands both operational details and strategic direction.
