The role:

As a Tax & Treasury Lead, you will help drive our goals by:

·       Oversee and manage daily payment operations.

·       Ensure accurate and timely execution of supplier, employee, tax, and intercompany payments.

·       Monitor cash positions and support short-term cash flow planning.

·       Prepare and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts and identify potential liquidity risks.

·       Coordinate with banks and maintain banking administration activities.

·       Review payment proposals and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

·       Prepare and submit treasury-related reports to the National Bank, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

·       Coordinate and support reporting of international payment transactions, foreign exchange activities, and other regulatory filings required by the National Bank.

·       Monitor foreign currency exposures and assess foreign exchange risks impacting the business.

·       Collaborate with Group Treasury in the execution of hedging strategies and other risk mitigation activities to protect the company from currency fluctuations.

·       Support the administration, documentation, and monitoring of hedging instruments in line with Group Treasury policies.

·       Prepare treasury reports related to cash management, foreign exchange exposures, and hedging activities.

·       Support treasury reconciliations and reporting activities.

·       Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Shared Service teams, and external banking partners.

·       Participate in treasury-related projects, process improvements, automation initiatives, and system implementations.

·       Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.

·       Providing support in the calculation and implementation of transfer pricing for intercompany sales transactions on request of Customer service team.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

·       University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, Finance Operations, Cash Management, or Payment Processing.

·       Strong understanding of banking platforms, domestic and international payment processes, cash management, and liquidity planning.

·       Experience with foreign exchange operations and exposure monitoring.

·       Knowledge of local banking regulations and National Bank reporting requirements.

·       Experience collaborating with regional or global treasury teams on hedging and liquidity management activities is an advantage.

·       Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred).

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
