The Opportunity
In our "Corporate Risk and Broking" division, we empower companies to navigate the complexities of risk and insurance management. By aligning our strategies with our clients’ corporate goals, we create robust, cost-effective solutions that protect their businesses and fuel growth.

Together we transform tomorrows. In " Corporate Risk and Broking " we support companies in effective risk and insurance management. Considering clients corporate goals, we develop robust and economical strategies to mitigate risks, transferring it to insurers.
What You’ll do
As Administrative Assistant your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.
You’ll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks:
- Delivery of statements of situation for motor clients
- Update the company’s third-party database (workshop, loss adjuster, insurer)
- Ensure the day-to-day relationship with internal client (telephone and written) relating to the contracts for which he/she is responsible
- Update statistical reports
- Third party follow up (workshop, loss adjuster, insurer)
- File administrative completion
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of insurance contracts is considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a rigorous approach to rules, procedures and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information clearly and effectively
- French proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with C1 proficiency preferred
- Good level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
