About this role
La risorsa supporterà il team Acquisti nelle attività operative e strategiche relative all'approvvigionamento di beni e servizi indiretti, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei costi, alla gestione dei fornitori e al monitoraggio delle performance di acquisto.
Principali responsabilità
- Supportare il processo di acquisto di beni e servizi indiretti.
- Collaborare nella gestione delle richieste di acquisto provenienti dai diversi dipartimenti aziendali.
- Effettuare analisi di mercato e scouting di nuovi fornitori.
- Supportare la raccolta, l'analisi e il confronto delle offerte commerciali.
- Aggiornare e mantenere la documentazione relativa ai fornitori e ai contratti.
- Supporto al processo P2P (Procure-to-pay)
- Monitorare gli indicatori di performance (KPI) e preparare report periodici.
- Collaborare con Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Maintenance e altre funzioni aziendali per garantire il corretto svolgimento dei processi di approvvigionamento.
- Supportare attività di negoziazione e iniziative di riduzione costi sotto la supervisione del tutor aziendale.
- Contribuire ai progetti di miglioramento continuo dei processi procurement.
Requisiti
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Supply Chain Management o discipline affini.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Buone doti organizzative e relazionali.
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al risultato.

- Analisi economiche e valutazione fornitori.
- Gestione di gare e richieste di offerta (RFQ).

Job Purpose
The selected candidate will support the Procurement team in both operational and strategic activities related to indirect goods and services sourcing, contributing to cost optimization, supplier management, and procurement performance monitoring.
Main Activities
- Support the procurement process for indirect goods and services.
- Assist in managing purchase requests from internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and supplier scouting activities.
- Support the collection, analysis, and comparison of supplier quotations.
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement documentation.
- Supporting P2P (Procure-to-pay) process
- Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
- Supporting the suppliers qualification process;
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Support negotiation activities and cost-saving initiatives under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Procurement function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude.
