Do you have a talent for negotiations, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in complex procurement processes? Then join our team and play an active role in shaping and optimizing our purchasing operations.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

•    Independently manage and execute all procurement processes, from demand identification through to on-time purchase order placement
•    Prepare and process supplier inquiries, including the selection, evaluation, and development of suitable suppliers
•    Review internal purchase requisitions, order confirmations, and delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies
•    Build and maintain sustainable supplier relationships while conducting price and contract negotiations
•    Create framework agreements in coordination with the Purchasing Manager and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
•    Document and manage purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery notes within the Infor ERP system

## Show your expertise

•    Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
•    Ideally experienced in the semiconductor industry or a similarly technical environment
•    Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Infor
•    Fluent German skills and good written and spoken English skills
•    Strong negotiation skills, high level of initiative, and a structured approach to work
•    Team-oriented with confident communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
