About this role

SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, coordination and operational support to the   Eastern Hemisphere HR function, while also delivering executive support to the Vice President, People, Organization & Culture.

The role   is responsible for   coordinating HR activities across the employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment administration,   maintaining   HR data integrity within Workday, and ensuring compliance with established HR processes and procedures. The position also provides executive support to the Vice President, People, Organization & Culture, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting administration, and handling confidential business matters.

Working closely with   Eastern Hemisphere   HR Business Partners, this role helps ensure efficient delivery of HR services, effective coordination of people processes, and a high standard of administrative support.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Vice President, People, Organization &   Culture   and the Eastern Hemisphere HR team.

- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and related administrative activities.

- Coordinate leadership meetings, HR meetings, events, and prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials as   required .

- Support recruitment activities, including creating requisitions, posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.

- Maintain employee records and process HR transactions within Workday, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, reporting line updates, position changes, and terminations.

- Support HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring employee information is   accurate , complete, and maintained   in accordance with   company procedures.

- Assist   with organisational changes, workforce administration activities, rehires, and governance processes, including nepotism reviews where   required .

- Generate HR reports, workforce data, and people metrics to support HR and business leaders.

- Take minutes and   maintain   accurate   records for interviews, investigations, consultations, disciplinary meetings, grievance meetings, and other formal employee-related meetings.

- Work closely with HR Business Partners to support the delivery of HR processes and employee services across the Eastern Hemisphere.

- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and employee information.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives, HR projects, and other administrative duties as   required .

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience within a related working environment (HR and/or HRIS role) with a strong understanding of HR processes and data flow .

- Practical experience using HR Information Systems, preferably Workday.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

- Previous   experience in   a   similar role.

- Strong   organisational   and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills .

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

- Proficiency   in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel,   PowerPoint   and Outlook.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team.
