What You Will Do

Immediate management of customer complaints and product re-calls.
Approval and comprehensive management of related product returns and credit notes.
Request of technical product failure analyses and corrective actions as well as failure-sample returns to the respective product manufacturer.
Monitoring of customer deadlines and fulfillment of customer corrective actions.
Sanity checks of error reports. Including of technical experts technical marketing and QM.
Re-Invoicing – analysis and management of re-calculations in the area of ship & debit, correction and management of inaccurate customer invoices.

May Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.

Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.

Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.

Key Skills Required

Typically requires a minimum of few years of related experience.

Experience in electronics/semiconductor/distribution industry preferred.

Possess expert knowledge of customer needs, products and complexity of business services.
Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills.

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Good English level.
