In this role you will
- Develop and execute national price and market access strategies in close collaboration with Commercial and Medical.
- Lead the end-to-end access process in Nye Metoder, including dossier preparation, health economic modelling and price negotiations.
- Maintain and develop dialogue with national payers and authorities such as Hospital Procurement (Sykehusinnkjøp) and the Norwegian Medical Products Agency (DMP).
- Monitor and analyse trends, payer requirements, competitors and pricing that can impact access and price locally.
- Partner with the Medical team to identify evidence gaps and drive projects that generate the evidence needed for value assessment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial and the Regional Market Access team.
- Act as an active member of the Brand Team for assigned products.
- Contribute to give input to relevant Public hearings and participate in external meetings relevant to the National access processes.
- Lead market access planning for pipeline assets, ensuring future reimbursement success through early strategy development, evidence planning, and launch preparedness.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area such as health economics, public health, or natural sciences is required
- Extensive professional experience in market access, particularly with or within the pharmaceutical industry, and a solid understanding of the Norwegian access system and health economics.
- Proven track record of successful access processes and price negotiations.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
- Experience in market access within oncology.
- Specific experience within lung cancer, or familiarity with the Norwegian oncology treatment and reimbursement landscape.
- Experience launching products in new or emerging therapeutic areas.
- MSc or PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area such as health economics, public health, or natural sciences.
