Data Operations and ETL Analyst
The LPD Production Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of healthcare an market data through the LPD production environment. The role ensures timely and accurate execution of manual and automated data workflows from parsing and ingestion through Operational Data (OD) and Business Objects (BO) loading processes.
This position requires hands-on experience with ETL workflows, Informatica PowerCenter, production support activities, data validation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The analyst will work closely with global operations, technical support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, process stability, SLA adherence and information and global data privacy for France Data. Long term, the role will expand to supporting other functions within the team such as ARA & Data IQ.
Roles and Responsibilities
Data Processing & Workflow Management
• Execute and monitor manual and automated LPD data processing workflows.
• Manage data processing activities from Parser through OD and BO loading environments.
• Validate and prepare incoming source files for processing.
• Manually trigger workflow executions when required to support production timelines.
• Monitor workflow status and investigate processing failures or exceptions.
Informatica Administration & ETL Support
• Utilize Informatica PowerCenter Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor to execute and manage ETL jobs.
• Review mappings, file dependencies, directories, and workflow configurations.
• Upload and manage source files on Informatica servers.
• Perform session locking and unlocking activities to prevent workflow conflicts during manual processing.
• Coordinate deployment and execution of country-specific workflows.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
• Investigate and resolve data loading issues across OD and BO environments.
• Analyze ETL failures, log files, workflow errors, and data discrepancies.
• Support month-end and period-close activities.
• Troubleshoot database and workflow-related issues impacting data availability.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Data Quality & Validation
• Verify file naming conventions, control files, and loading requirements.
• Conduct data validation checks before and after workflow execution.
• Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency throughout the ETL lifecycle.
• Support data reconciliation and issue resolution.
Process Control & Operational Excellence
• Follow established production control procedures and operational standards.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Operations, Technical Support, Database Administrators, and Global Production Teams.
• Communicate processing status, incidents, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Operations, Production Support, ETL operations, or Application Support.
• Experience supporting production environments and managing critical data processing workflows.
• Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial data environments is preferred.
Technical Skills
• Informatica PowerCenter (Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor)
• ETL concepts and data integration processes
• SQL and database troubleshooting, Proficient in SQL-
• Windows and Linux server environments
• File transfer tools (WinSCP or equivalent)
• Batch scripting and job scheduling
• Data quality validation and reconciliation

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Process improvement and operational excellence methodologies
• Knowledge of healthcare data processing environments
• Snowflake, Gitlab, ID Gatekeeper and JIRA, - nice to have

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł109,600.00 - zł203,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
