Your tasks?

- As a Working Student in the Corporate Governance Team (m/f/d/x), you support the team in handling requests from the business units relating to compliance, integrity, data protection, the management of external workers, and corporate governance.
- You contribute to conceptual tasks in the areas of compliance, integrity, data protection, the management of external workers, and corporate governance.
- You also support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal controls, health checks, audits, risk analyses, and management reporting.
- You assist with maintaining, structuring, and evaluating documentation, records, process documentation, guidelines, presentations, and decision-making documents.
- You support training, awareness, and communication activities by preparing content and creating presentation and communication materials.
- In addition, you contribute to the further development and digitalization of governance processes and support the team with organizational tasks and coordination across various interfaces.

- You are studying Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Data Protection, Compliance Management, or a comparable degree program.
- You are interested in corporate governance, compliance, integrity, data protection, internal control systems, and regulatory topics.
- You have a good understanding of structured processes, accurate documentation, and transparent decision-making processes.
- You are confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and are interested in digital tools and AI-supported work.
- You work carefully, reliably, and responsibly, as well as in a structured, independent, and proactive manner, and enjoy analyzing topics in depth.
- You are communicative, team-oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders. Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
