About this role
Devsinc is hiring Associate Software Engineers with a minimum of 6 months of professional software development experience. The ideal candidate has strong programming fundamentals, a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and databases , and hands-on experience developing and debugging applications. You will contribute to improving applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver reliable, maintainable software.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data management and optimization.
- Implement data structures and algorithms to enhance application performance.
- Solve analytical and logical problems to improve system efficiency.
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and query optimization.
- Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms for efficient coding.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of software development best practices .
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Python, Golang, NestJS, Ruby on Rails (ROR) or React.js
