About the Junior Broker Academy
Market Securities is looking for ambitious and commercially minded graduates and final-year students to join its Junior Broker Academy in Dubai.
The programme is designed to identify and develop high-potential individuals interested in building a career in financial markets and brokerage.
Participants will gain first-hand exposure to a fast-paced international brokerage environment, interact with experienced market professionals and develop a practical understanding of the skills required to succeed as a broker.
High-performing participants may be considered for future opportunities within Market Securities. Participation in the Academy does not guarantee employment.
Candidate profile
The programme is particularly suited to:
- Recent graduates; or
- Students approaching completion of their undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
Candidates should be based in the UAE or able to attend the programme in Dubai in person.
What you will experience
During the programme, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Gain practical exposure to financial markets and the brokerage environment.
- Spend time with experienced brokers and market professionals.
- Develop an understanding of different products, asset classes and market dynamics.
- Observe how brokers build and maintain client relationships.
- Understand the commercial, technical and interpersonal skills required in brokerage.
- Participate in practical exercises, discussions and assessments.
- Receive feedback on their performance and potential.

Previous experience in financial markets is not essential. We are primarily looking for potential, motivation and the right mindset.
Selection process
Applications will be reviewed by Pierre-Alain Benoit and the Group Head of HR.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the selection process ahead of the November Academy.
Successful candidates will then be invited to attend the Junior Broker Academy in Dubai from 2 to 20 November 2026.
What happens after the Academy?
The Academy is part of Market Securities' approach to identifying and developing junior talent.
Participants who demonstrate strong potential may be considered for further training, internships or junior opportunities within relevant Market Securities desks, depending on business requirements and individual performance.
