We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee and support high-volume recruitment initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for large-scale recruitment campaigns, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring the timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet business hiring targets.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in volume hiring within the BPO or fast-paced service environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to optimize recruitment processes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery

- Lead and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to support large-scale hiring requirements.
- Ensure the team consistently meets weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and proactively address hiring gaps.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Talent Acquisition Associates or Recruiters.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure recruitment quality and efficiency.
- Distribute hiring requirements effectively across the team based on workload and priorities.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Operations Leaders, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, hiring challenges, and pipeline status.
- Align recruitment strategies with business priorities and workforce planning.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, sourcing channels, and screening processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employer branding standards.

Candidate Experience

- Ensure candidates experience a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring environments focusing on hiring corporate role requirements.
- At least 1–2 years of leadership or team lead experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage large recruitment pipelines and aggressive hiring targets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup and in shifting schedules.
