The Technology Global Controls Analyst helps application teams across the enterprise meet governance, compliance, and operational resilience requirements. In addition, the analyst supports control compliance initiatives that help teams adapt to policy changes and refreshed requirements.

We will count on you to:

- Coordinate and facilitate disaster recovery exercises, track completion of required artifacts, and validate evidence for audit readiness.

- Help application teams complete and maintain business continuity plans, BIAs, recovery strategies, and event readiness documentation.

- Monitor application-level controls such as access reviews, change management evidence, attestations, and configuration baselines, and follow up on gaps or exceptions.

- Support vendor risk assessments by coordinating with application teams and the centralized Vendor Risk Management team to ensure timely completion and response to requests.

- Maintain inventories, ownership records, control mappings, and compliance dashboards, and help prepare reporting for governance forums.

What you need to have:

- Around 5 years of relevant experience in controls, technology risk, compliance, audit, resiliency, or IT operations.

- Basic understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, BIAs, and RTO/RPO concepts.

- Strong organizational, follow-up, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and an audit-ready mindset.
- Familiarity with control compliance initiatives, evidence collection, or policy refresh programs.

What can you expect?

- Work across application, risk, compliance, and vendor risk stakeholders in a role that combines control governance with practical delivery.

- Use Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams to manage documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking.

- Build your knowledge of enterprise resiliency, application controls, and third-party risk practices in a global environment.

What makes you stand out?

- Experience engaging multiple application teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Exposure to Planview EA, control dashboards, or structured documentation repositories.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Why join our team:
