About the Team
The Trials team designs and delivers field trials and online experiments across a range of public policy areas. Working with clients including government departments, regulators and What Works Centres, we generate robust evidence that informs policy, improves public services and helps organisations understand what works in practice.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Associate Director to join our growing Trials team.
You'll play a key role in delivering randomised controlled trials and online experiments, supporting project design, delivery and reporting. You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and help develop junior team members within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver randomised controlled trials and online experiments, supporting project design, implementation, data collection, and reporting.
- Manage projects and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and to budget.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the research process.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Identify and help mitigate delivery risks.
- Support and develop junior team members.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience delivering field trials or online experiments.
- Ability to manage projects and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
