About this role
Executive Assistant | Bad Homburg, Germany | Full-Time | On-Site
Fieldpiece is a global leader in professional HVACR tools and test instruments, trusted by technicians around the world. Why This Role?
Youll work closely with senior leaders and have visibility across many areas of our EMEA business. One day you may be coordinating executive priorities and international travel; the next, you could be managing a business project, improving a process, supporting our distributor journey, or solving an operational challenge.
If youre highly organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and the kind of person who sees what needs to be done before being asked, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing international organization. This is a full-time, on-site position.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to take ownership of initiatives from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- You take a proactive, resourceful approach - you look for solutions rather than waiting for directions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the judgment to work independently.
- Ability to adapt quickly when priorities change or unexpected needs arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and cultures.

What Success Looks Like
You bring structure to a fast-moving environment. You stay ahead of priorities, follow through on commitments, and make it easier for leaders and teams to focus on the work that matters most. Youre comfortable shifting between executive support, project coordination, business operations, and office management—and you approach each with the same level of ownership and professionalism.
