- An analytical mindset with experience in competitor benchmarking and mapping value propositions for different customer segments.
- Experience using AI to improve personal productivity and applying AI capabilities across product discovery, development, and delivery.
- Passion for transforming standard platforms into proactive, intelligent ecosystems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively run joint workshops and align cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in ensuring robust platform integration standards and structuring commercial monetization models.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level) and Polish (minimum C1 level).
In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:
- Developing and owning the high-level Product Roadmap, defining scope and time budgets, and securing stakeholder approvals.
- Building a unified and scalable partner ecosystem, seamlessly integrating core extensions (such as accounting, inventory management, price management) to elevate the merchant experience.
- Enhancing operational efficiency and creating embedded interfaces to provide a seamless, native user journey.
- Designing commercial monetization models
- Benchmarking competitor platforms to map out market standards, trends, and feature expectations.
- Mapping out and structuring the value propositions for different stages of sellers and identifying key user needs the platform must address.
- Establishing high-quality standards for our API ecosystem to ensure reliable integrations, data security, and tailored support for both standard selling partners and professional integrators.
What's in it for you:
- Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
