Scottish Dental Care are excited to be recruiting for a Full-Time Clinic Manager to lead our fantastic team at Gorbals Dental Clinic – a modern, 3-surgery practice offering a mix of NHS and private dental care. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a well-established clinic, working alongside a lovely team of experienced and supportive associates, nurses and reception staff
As Clinic Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly day-to-day.
You’ll oversee key areas of financial administration, including NHS claims processing and monthly financial reporting. With patient care at the heart of everything we do you will address any feedback or complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
On the leadership side, you'll oversee staffing levels, manage daily rotas, lead regular team meetings, and work closely with both clinical and non-clinical staff to support a positive and efficient working environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a clinical practice management role (dental setting preferred but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- A passion for delivering excellent patient care
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
Hours of work:
Monday -Thursday 08:30am-5:30pm
Friday -08:30am -4.30pm
