About this role
About Us
At No Isolation, we’re a fast growing, profitable, 65-person Scandinavian EdTech scale-up operating across Europe. We help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.
Our AV1 robot is deployed in 19 countries, with 5,000+ units supporting schools to improve attendance, belonging, and continuity of learning for children who cannot be physically present. Consistently described as life-changing, it bridges the gap between the student and their peers, restoring both educational continuity and the essential sense of social belonging.
We’re established enough to have a proven solution and strong financial foundations, yet still small enough for every new colleague to have a visible impact on our next stage of growth.
The Opportunity - Inside Sales Executive (m/w/d)
We are already quite established in Germany. With 1,500+ units already deployed nationwide and almost no churn across strategic customers, it's a proven, trusted, and loved solution. It is used by teachers who need a reliable way to include absent students, welcomed by families who feel their child is still "there," and embraced by pupils who can see, speak, and belong again. The references are real, and the impact is repeatable at scale.
Our next chapter is bringing AV1 to many more schools across Germany. We're growing a strong base of school customers alongside our work with municipalities and education authorities. We're looking for a sales professional who can create steady commercial momentum and turn first conversations into signed agreements.
As Inside Sales Executive, you will own new customer acquisition with schools, from identifying and prioritising prospects to reaching decision-makers and closing. You'll run high-volume, high-quality outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify with rigor, and move the right opportunities forward through a structured sales process. You will work closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success team to make sure every new school starts well and grows with us.
What You'll Do
- Methodical outreach: Run high-volume, multi-touch outbound sequences, primarily cold calls, targeted emails and LinkedIn messages, to connect with decision-makers in schools.
- Social selling: Keep an active, professional LinkedIn presence to prospect, build credibility, and share relevant company insights with the education sector.
- Referrals & introductions: Proactively seek out referrals and introductions to potential new customers.
- Inbound lead management: Promptly engage and qualify incoming leads, including referrals and MQLs generated through sales and marketing campaigns.
- Qualification & discovery : Run structured discovery calls to filter out poor-fit opportunities early and uncover the prospect's real problems, budget, and decision-making process.
- Closing deals: Own the entire sales cycle for both outbound and inbound opportunities. Convert qualified opportunities into won business through a structured closing process, maximising initial deal value, win rates, and long-term customer value while ensuring a strong mutual fit.
- Target attainment: Consistently hit weekly activity targets (calls, conversations, meetings booked) and monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Pipeline, forecasting & reporting: Enter and track deals in HubSpot, report accurate sales forecast data, and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior leadership.
- Improve how we sell: Contribute to initiatives that improve our sales processes, identifying and implementing best practices that strengthen overall sales performance.
What You Bring
- B2B new-business track record: Solid experience in B2B sales, including solution and consultative selling strategies. You keep deals moving, handle objections, and follow through until the contract is signed.
- High-volume, high-quality outreach: Experience identifying new opportunities through research, networking, and account targeting, and creating targeted outreach and messaging.
- Clear, compelling communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex value propositions in a clear and compelling way.
- Relationship and network building: Strong ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, build communities, and foster customer advocacy.
- Structure and execution discipline: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities, and experience tracking relevant metrics and KPIs for sales activity.
- Hunter mindset and autonomy: A sales and business development mindset: a true "hunter." You take initiative, hit the ground running, and thrive in a tech-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Purpose-driven: Passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact through technology.
- Language: Native-level German with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and professional English.
- Education sector experience (a strong advantage): Understanding of, or experience from within, the education sector - particularly the challenges faced by schools and local authorities.
What We Offer
- Attractive OTE model: Base salary, performance bonus, and commission.
- Proven platform to build on: Sell with national credibility: strong references, delivery know-how, and clear demand signals.
- Growth & development: Meaningful opportunities to learn (enablement, coaching, industry events) and shape best practice as we expand in Germany.
- Tools, enablement & cross-functional support: Dedicated partnership with Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, plus collateral, case studies, and training to win and scale.
- A Scandinavian purpose-led culture: An environment that sets high standards and gives you the space to do your best work.
- A working environment people rate highly: Our engagement metrics run above benchmark. You'll get structured onboarding with a buddy program and a genuinely collaborative culture across departments.
- Flexible working around core hours (10:00-15:00).
- Generous paid annual leave: You get 27 days vacation + public holidays.
- Mobile phone and Internet subscription reimbursement.
- Public transport ticket .
- JobAuto car leasing through salary sacrifice.
- Annual company get-together: Once a year we all meet up for a few days of connection, socialising, and some truly memorable shared experiences.
