About this role

As Regional Manager – Agentic AI Products, you will lead a team of 5–7 sales professionals responsible for driving adoption, pipeline, and revenue for Oracle’s expanding portfolio of Agentic AI products and solutions.

This specialized sales organization is designed to bring Agentic AI into customer conversations across Oracle’s applications and technology footprint. Rather than aligning to a single functional area or product pillar, the team will work across industries, business functions, and Oracle technologies to identify where AI agents and autonomous workflows can create meaningful business value.

A core focus will be helping customers realize greater value from their existing Oracle investments. Many customers already have access to delivered AI capabilities and agents within Oracle applications. Your team will help them understand what is available today, identify high-value business use cases, and uncover opportunities to configure, extend, clone, or create new agents and autonomous workflows using Oracle’s Agentic AI platform.

You will work closely with Renewals, Industry, Applications, OCI, account teams, and other Oracle organizations to make Agentic AI a consistent part of the customer lifecycle. Renewal and strategic account conversations will provide important opportunities to demonstrate value, introduce new capabilities, and identify areas where customers can expand their use of Oracle technology.

This organization will maintain a dedicated Agentic AI sales focus. Sellers will be accountable for Agentic AI products, AI-related SKUs, and associated offerings rather than the underlying Fusion application transaction. Where appropriate, opportunities may also incorporate OCI capabilities and services to broaden the customer solution and expand the overall opportunity.

Success will require more than responding to established demand. Your team will create demand by engaging customers who may still be asking, “What is Agentic AI, and what can it do for us?” You will help them identify where agents can automate work, augment employees, improve business processes, and enable new operating models.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for building this sales motion, developing the team, creating pipeline, driving execution, and establishing a scalable and repeatable approach for taking Oracle’s Agentic AI capabilities to market.
