Retail Controller (m/f/d)

A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st January 2027.

Indulge your passion…

- by acting as a trusted business partner for all retail-related controlling topics across the organization
- by steering the investment process for retail and wholesale boutiques, evaluating business plans, and providing strategic recommendations to the CFO and CEO
- by driving financial excellence, consolidating periodic reporting, and delivering benchmark analyses across our global retail network to evaluate boutique performance and profitability
- by leading quarterly performance reviews and presenting high-impact financial insights directly to the Executive Committee
- by shaping financial planning, taking charge of data collection and in-depth analysis for Latest Estimate and Budget processes
- by serving as a Key User in SAP BW and BPS/BCS (SEM), optimizing query designs and contributing to state-of-the-art reporting systems

You’ll have…

- an above-average Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
- previous experience in the luxury industry (a plus).
- proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint) and solid experience with SAP BW.
- strong analytical capabilities and a structured, result-orientated mindset.
- a collaborative team spirit with the ability to work independently.
- excellent communication skills in German as well as bilingual fluency in English
