About this role

The Welder I will join the team to execute standard welds and fabrication duties on a variety of equipment and components. Working under general supervision, the incumbent will adhere to company safety standards and welding procedures, handling routine assignments while receiving direction for any advanced or non‑routine tasks.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completed welding apprenticeship or vocational training program.
- AWS (American Welding Society) certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on welding experience in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and SMAW welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work varied shifts as needed.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
