About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join Amplifon’s IT Governance & Strategy team, which supports the Global IT organization in defining and monitoring the Group IT Strategy, financial planning, vendor management and M&A activities.
The role will become a key point of reference for the team across three core areas: IT cost planning and control, IT administrative and compliance processes, and the IT Procure-to-Pay and contract lifecycle.
You will take ownership of end-to-end processes with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring their effectiveness, compliance and continuous improvement. You will also provide guidance to junior and external team members and collaborate closely with both global and local stakeholders across the organization.
The team works closely with the CIO, local country organizations and key corporate functions, including Finance, Procurement, Legal and Tax, to ensure that IT is managed in a transparent, sustainable and business-aligned way.

About the role

• Support IT budget and forecast tracking, cost control and reporting, ensuring every figure is accurate and reconciled.
• Coordinate the Global IT Procure to Pay process ensuring the timely management of Purchase Requisitions, Intercompany cost split, good receipt and forecast reconciliation.
• Support compliance activities (e.g. policy adherence, vendor and contract governance, internal controls).
• Coordinate periodic reporting and audits, preparing structured, error-free deliverables.
• Maintain and monitor IT governance frameworks and procedures, ensuring they are consistently applied and up to date.
• Continuously improve processes through checklists, standardized templates and cross-checks.

Requirements
• Degree in a STEM discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems) or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in management control, IT cost control, IT governance, ideally in a multinational environment
• Hands-on experience preparing budgets and forecasts
• Solid analytical and advanced Excel skills;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion (or another ERP) and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
• Familiarity with audits, tax credits or public/EU funding is a plus
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract lifecycle is a plus
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus

About the role

Location : HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely)

Compensation & Benefits
Applicable Collective Agreement : CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)
Contractual Level : Employee Level 1
Contract Type : Permanent – Full Time
The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €40.000 - €55.000 . The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and specific skills and knowledge and also to the educational background.
The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus (‘premio di risultato’) linked to business performance, in line with Company policies.
